It takes a lot of funds, and a lot of volunteer sweat to create a successful new Guzzler for wild sheep. This is the mission for Give a Lamb a Drink.

This particular project hi lighted Cliff McDonald's hard work over the years maintaining guzzlers. Cliff was instrumental in organizing the refurbishment of dozens (perhaps hundreds) of quail guzzlers throughout the Mojave desert for more than a decade. Cliff was also instrumental in starting the Youth Quail hunt in the Mojave Preserve to introduce new hunters to the sport by pairing them with experienced mentors and hunting dogs.

Drinkers are designed to blend in with the natural environment as much as possible, while still being effective water collection and distribution mechanisms.
